  • 9.5 oz Boat Canvas, Sunbrella® by Glen Raven. Water repellent and UV resistant. Fabric is guaranteed against normal wear for 5 years.
  • Your choice of several colors at listed prices. A few colors are available at small additional cost.
  • Marine Grade Heavy YKK Zipper, #10 UV resistant, along mast with drawstring collar closure.
  • Reinforced aft closure with tie.
  • Dacron reinforcement tape used under hem along length.
  • Headboard reinforcement patches are standard on covers over 11 feet in length
  • Dot twist to close fasteners along bottom (Nickel Plate over Brass).
  • All seams are hot knifed or hemmed to prevent unraveling. Your cover will look better and last longer.
  • These covers will be made to order for your boat. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
  • We fabricate our sail covers with Sunbrella® because it provides excellent value
  • Glen Raven, manufacturers of Sunbrella charge a little more for a few colors Covers fabricated in reds and some other colors are available at slightly higher prices
  • For full battened mainsails, add the cost of one additional foot. (because additional yardage is required)
  • Mast mounted winches may chafe through your cover. Reinforcement patches can be fabricated at a small additional cost.
Do not confuse our covers with cheap imports. They are custom made in Pennsylvania.
